Holly Lodge
Formerly a 1940's bungalow, the building was completely taken back to the four external walls and rebuilt into a contemporary, open plan chalet-style four bedroom house.
The finished house benefited from underfloor heating and a sauna and gym. PRO also developed the ideal equestrian property with a yard comprising of 3 stables, hay barn and tack room surrounded by 5 post/rail paddocks with power, lighting and water provided.
An adjoining cart lodge was also built with a workshop/storage and office.
Crib Street
A grade two listed cottage required modernisation/refurbishment and brought back to a safe and habitable dwelling from a very poor structural condition.
PRO carried out essential repairs on the cottage including rewiring, new heating system, new kitchen and bathroom. An extension was carried out in the back to convert a store room into a bedroom and an outdoor passage way was converted into a functional utility room.
Gym Refit
Conversion of a commercial unit into a family-run gym business.
The gym comprised a reception, cardiovascular and weights room, fitness class studio, indoor cycling studio, changing rooms with sauna/steam rooms and two beauty rooms.
